Greg Muller
Chief Executive Officer – SSH Facilities
Greg Muller serves as the Chief Executive Officer of SSH Facilities and brings over 20 years of experience at SSH Real Estate, where he has played a pivotal role in the firm’s evolution across property management, investment, and overall operations. For more than a decade, Greg has overseen the operational performance and strategic initiatives of both SSH Real Estate and SSH Management, contributing to the firm’s growth into one of the most respected privately held commercial real estate platforms in the Mid-Atlantic region.
As the driving force behind the launch and expansion of SSH Facilities, Greg was instrumental in identifying the opportunity to leverage SSH’s real estate expertise and infrastructure to enter the essential building services and HVAC market. Recognizing the industry’s fragmentation and increasing demand for institutional-quality service providers, Greg led the formation of SSH Facilities, executed its first two acquisitions, and arranged the platform’s initial capital structure and financing. Under his leadership, SSH Facilities has scaled rapidly, building an integrated operating platform that serves over 300 commercial clients with a team of 60+ employees across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, and Maryland.
In his role as CEO, Greg is responsible for defining the strategic vision and overseeing execution across all facets of the business. This includes driving organic growth through targeted marketing and operational improvements, managing and integrating future tuck-in acquisitions, and ensuring disciplined capital deployment from the current investment round. With a focus on operational efficiency, customer retention, and geographic expansion, Greg is building SSH Facilities into a regional market leader and a platform of scale capable of attracting institutional capital.
Greg continues to work closely with founding partner Pete Soens on high-level strategic planning and business development. He holds a B.A. in International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania and a J.D. from the Temple University Beasley School of Law.
Eric Muller
Chief Operating Officer – SSH Facilities
Eric Muller serves as Chief Operating Officer of SSH Facilities and brings 15 years of experience with SSH, including a decade as one of the firm’s top-producing commercial real estate brokers. Eric transitioned into a leadership role to support the launch and operational build-out of SSH Facilities and has been responsible for overseeing day-to-day execution since the platform’s inception.
With a strong foundation in client service and transaction management, Eric brings a hands-on, detail-oriented approach to operations. His proven ability to communicate across teams, manage complex initiatives, and implement structured processes has been critical in ensuring the successful acquisition, integration, and performance optimization of two building services companies. Under Eric’s leadership, SSH Facilities has developed a professional, high-performance culture rooted in accountability, client satisfaction, and strategic growth.
Eric has championed a systems-based operational framework that has enabled the platform to scale efficiently while maintaining service quality and internal cohesion. He works closely with SSH’s field technicians, management team, and clients to ensure seamless service delivery, cost-effective performance, and organizational alignment across business functions. As SSH Facilities enters its next phase of expansion, Eric is well positioned to continue leading operational execution and integrating future acquisitions into a unified, institutional-quality platform.
Eric earned a B.S. in Business Administration with concentrations in Entrepreneurship and Marketing from Drexel University.
Ryan Bond
Senior Vice President – HVAC Operations
Ryan Bond serves as the Senior Vice President of HVAC Operations at SSH Facilities, where he leverages more than a decade of experience in both the field and executive leadership within the mechanical services industry.
His career began in 2012 at K2B—his family’s HVAC business—where he gained a comprehensive understanding of operations through hands-on roles, from preventative maintenance technician to overseeing day-to-day business functions.
Ryan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh, with a major in Finance and minors in Economics and Political Science. He began his post-graduate career as a program manager at Cerner Corporation before returning full-time to K2B in 2018. Since then, he has played a key role in the company’s growth and its integration into SSH Facilities.
In his current role, Ryan oversees all facets of HVAC operations, blending technical knowledge with strategic insight to deliver operational excellence, client satisfaction, and scalable efficiency.
Matt Bond
Senior Vice President – HVAC Projects
Matthew Bond is the Senior Vice President of HVAC Projects at SSH Facilities, bringing over a decade of industry experience with a focus on engineering-driven solutions and large-scale project execution. His career began in 2012 at his father’s HVAC business, where he gained foundational experience in the field and developed a strong understanding of mechanical systems and service delivery.
In 2020, Matthew joined Aqua Engineered Energy Solutions in Atlanta, GA, where he honed his expertise in project management, CAD, and engineering blueprint design. There, he focused on complex mechanical construction projects, strengthening his technical acumen and ability to manage large-scale initiatives from design through completion.
Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from West Virginia University. His deep background in engineering and project execution allows him to lead sophisticated HVAC installations with precision, innovation, and a focus on operational efficiency.
In his current role, Matthew blends technical engineering expertise with strategic project management to deliver high-performance HVAC solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
Bill March
Head of Finance and Strategy
Bill has served as Head of Finance and Strategy since September 2025. In this role, Bill oversees financial planning and analysis, capital allocation, and strategic initiatives, supporting SSH Facilities’ growth, acquisitions, and long-term operational performance. A strategic finance executive with a proven leadership track record, he founded Spring City Partners in 2018. Bill’s expertise is built on years of institutional experience, including his tenure as Vice President at Janney Montgomery Scott and his work at KLS Professional Advisors. By combining the institutional sophistication of these roles with the entrepreneurial mindset he developed starting as a staff accountant at his family’s firm, Premier Payroll Services, Inc., Bill brings a unique, well-rounded perspective to financial leadership. He earned his B.A. from Villanova University.
Julie Weller
Vice President of Accounting and Finance
Julie is VP of Business Operations at SSH Advantage and has over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry. Utilizing her background in Property Management, she handles the accounting for the suburban properties; including billing, cash management and monthly financials. She also works directly with the Maintenance Services team on AR and AP functions and general office operations.
Julie graduated from Virginia Tech with a degree in Business Administration.
Paul Polinsky
Vice President of Business Operations & Growth
Paul joined SSH Real Estate in 2024 as the Director of Business Development, overseeing initiatives across all lines of business. Paul actively identifies, cultivates, and sources new business opportunities for the company by forging partnerships, expanding market reach, and developing solutions to continue to meet client needs. With over a decade of experience, he specializes in fostering mutually beneficial relationships while keeping client needs as his top priority. Paul began his career at Northwestern Mutual in the financial services sector before spending five years at Mass Mutual Greater Philadelphia, where he co-founded The Forward Group, a boutique firm catering to high-net-worth individuals and entrepreneurs.
A proud alumnus of Saint Joseph’s University, Paul earned his B.S. in Finance from the Erivan K. Haub School of Business. During his time there, he was a member of the Men’s Golf Team and developed a notable amateur golfing career. Paul resides in the Society Hill neighborhood of Philadelphia with his wife, Kim, their daughter, Logan, and their son, Lucas. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, traveling, and spending time outdoors.
Tony Borell
Executive Vice President of Operations and Service, Stanley W. Cooper LLC
Anthony Borell is the Executive Vice President of Operations for SSH Facilities and Stanley W. Cooper LLC. Tony oversees the day-to-day operations of Stanley W. Cooper LLC and brings more than 45 years of experience in the HVAC and plumbing industry. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated extensive expertise across management, service, installation, fabrication and sales, supporting projects in commercial, residential and industrial environments.
Tony’s technical knowledge spans a wide range of HVAC and environmental control systems, including air conditioning, heat pumps, gas, oil and electric heating systems, hydronics, radiant and steam heat, ventilation, indoor air quality, humidification, geothermal solutions, VRF systems and high-velocity systems. He also has specialized experience supporting clean rooms and pharmaceutical laboratories, where precision, compliance and reliability are critical. Known for his operational leadership and deep industry insight, Tony plays a key role in driving performance, quality and innovation across the Stanley W. Cooper LLC and SSH Facilities operations.
Mark Mathews
Senior Vice President, HVAC Operations, Stanley W. Cooper LLC
Mark brings more than three decades of hands-on experience in the HVAC industry to his role as Senior Vice President of HVAC Operations at SSH Facilities. With 32 years in the field and over 20 years focused on system design and leadership, Mark has built a reputation for practical problem-solving, thoughtful planning, and getting the details right.
Before stepping into his current role, Mark served as HVAC Foreman, where he designed and oversaw HVAC systems from concept through installation. He worked closely with homeowners, contractors, and vendors while leading installation crews in the field—ensuring projects were executed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. That hands-on background continues to shape his approach to leadership today.
As part of SSH Facilities’ growing organization, Mark is focused on strengthening operations, supporting accurate estimating, and building lasting relationships with customers. He believes that clear communication, well-designed systems, and trusted partnerships are the foundation of every successful project.
Mark’s technical background includes extensive training in sheet metal fabrication and a wide range of HVAC systems, including oil, gas, electric, geothermal, VRF, high-velocity systems, and ventilation. His deep industry knowledge and customer-first mindset help ensure SSH Facilities delivers reliable, high-quality solutions on every job.
Dan Kelly
Senior Vice President of Plumbing Operations, SSH Facilities, Stanley W. Cooper LLC
With over 35 years of experience in the plumbing industry, Daniel Kelly brings a rare combination of hands-on technical mastery and strategic leadership to his role as Senior Vice President of Plumbing Operations at SSH Facilities. His career is defined by a deep-rooted commitment to quality, a “boots-on-the-ground” understanding of the trade, and an academic foundation in business management.
Daniel’s journey began at a small, family-owned business where he spent 15 years honing his craft. In this environment, attention to detail wasn’t just encouraged—it was required. To supplement his field experience, Daniel attended Murrell Dobbins Vocational School at night, mastering plumbing codes and the technical intricacies of the trade.
Daniel earned his Philadelphia Master Plumber’s License, cementing his status as a technical expert in one of the country’s most demanding jurisdictions.
In 2005, Daniel joined Stanley W. Cooper Plumbing and Heating. Starting as a field technician, his natural leadership and operational insight quickly propelled him into management. He eventually rose to the position of Supervisor for Plumbing Installations, where he oversaw complex projects and mentored the next generation of technicians.
Today, at SSH Facilities, Daniel leverages this decades-long experience to lead large-scale plumbing operations, ensuring that every project meets the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and technical excellence.
Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Management from Pennsylvania State University, where he graduated with High Distinction. This academic background allows him to bridge the gap between technical field requirements and high-level corporate strategy, providing SSH Facilities with a unique competitive edge in the marketplace.
Andréa Lewis
Vice President, Facilities Management
Andréa brings nearly 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, with a strong foundation in property management. Throughout her career, she has managed a diverse portfolio of office, industrial, institutional, and commercial properties across the tri-state area. Her expertise includes tenant relations, operations oversight, vendor coordination, and financial management.
In her previous roles, Andréa was responsible for developing annual budgets, evaluating contracts, and proactively managing building services and capital projects. She is known for delivering exceptional communication and customer service to both property owners and tenants.
In August 2025, Andréa transitioned into the maintenance division, where she now serves as Vice President of Facilities Management. In this role, she oversees a portfolio of approximately 50 properties and works closely with ownership to address tenant needs and building-relatedmatters.
Andréa holds real estate licenses in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey and is currently pursuing her associate’s degree. She is also a former member of BOMA, where she contributed to the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee.
Tim McNeal
Director of HVAC Operations
Tim McNeal is the Director of HVAC Operations at SSH Facilities, bringing over 20 years of commercial mechanical HVAC experience and a proven track record of operational leadership and client service. Tim began his career with K2B HVAC in 2018 as a technician and quickly advanced through the organization, earning promotions to Service Manager and ultimately Director of Operations through his strong performance, leadership, and commitment to excellence. In his current role, he oversees HVAC field operations, manages and supports a team of technicians, and ensures high-quality service delivery across a diverse commercial client base. Known for his hands-on leadership style, Tim is focused on driving efficiency, maintaining strong client relationships, and consistently delivering reliable, responsive service. He studied Criminal Justice at Delaware County Community College.
Ashley Arbutina
Dispatcher – HVAC Operations
Ashley Arbutina joined our team in September 2022 and brings over five years of industry experience, along with eight years of prior experience as a dispatcher and service coordinator. Asan HVAC Dispatcher, Ashley is responsible for building daily technician schedules, coordinating with customers for repairs, installations, and service calls, and ensuring technicians are efficiently routed to their next job. She also communicates with customers regarding technician findings and recommendations and supports the office wherever needed.
Ashley has an educational background in early childhood education and is a dedicated team player with a strong customer service focus. Outside of work, she is a huge Philadelphia sports fan and enjoys spending time with her family and kids.
Elizabeth Ellis
Administrative Assistant – SSH Facilities
Liz joined SSH Facilities in September 2025, shortly after graduating high school in 2024, becoming a part of the administrative team. In her role as an Administrative Coordinator, she manages daily office operations, including processing incoming invoices, issuing customer billing, coordinating service calls, and communicating with techs and clients. With a strong attention to detail, Liz helps keep operations organized and running efficiently. Outside of work, you can always find her in nature or traveling.

He brings decades of real estate and operational experience from his role as a Founding Partner of SSH Real Estate, which he co-founded in 2002. Under his visionary leadership, SSH RealEstate grew from a boutique brokerage firm with six employees into a fully integrated organization with brokerage, investment, and management capabilities, completing transactions across multiple property types and capital structures.

He founded K2B Enterprises LLC in 2006, growing the company into a trusted provider of commercial HVAC and maintenance services known for technical excellence, reliability, and long-term client relationships.
Jack holds HVAC Master Licenses in New Jersey, Maryland, Delaware, and Florida, reflecting both his technical depth and multi-state operational experience. Following the successful sale of K2B Enterprises in 2025, he now serves as a Senior Advisor, supporting the new ownership with operational continuity, technical guidance, and strategic insight. His decades of hands-on leadership continue to add value across operations, teams, and client service.
