Paul Richter brings a people-focused approach to his role, drawing on a diverse background in leadership, recruiting, training, and organizational development. Prior to his current role, Paul spent more than five years with Penske Logistics, where he worked in recruitment and training, helping support the development and growth of employees. He also served nearly 10 years as a Field Artillery Officer in the Army National Guard, gaining valuable leadership and team-building experience. Today, Paul applies that background to supporting employees, strengthening company culture, and improving internal processes. Outside of work, Paul enjoys spending time with his wife, Julie and stays connected to his passion for leadership and mentorship by coaching soccer at both the youth and collegiate levels.
