John Alicea brings 10 years of experience in third-party facility maintenance. He started as a maintenance coordinator and worked his way up to Director, so he knows the business from the inside out, from scheduling and dispatch to vendor coordination and client service.
Today, John leads a team of more than 25 maintenance technicians and oversees new client acquisition, contract negotiation, and client relations. He also manages small general contracting projects, from scoping through completion. Clients rely on his practical, hands-on leadership and his commitment to clear communication and dependable results.
John studied chemistry at Kutztown University, which gave him an analytical, detail-focused approach to solving problems in the field.
