With over 35 years of experience in the plumbing industry, Daniel Kelly brings a rare combination of hands-on technical mastery and strategic leadership to his role as Senior Vice President of Plumbing Operations at SSH Facilities. His career is defined by a deep-rooted commitment to quality, a “boots-on-the-ground” understanding of the trade, and an academic foundation in business management.

Daniel’s journey began at a small, family-owned business where he spent 15 years honing his craft. In this environment, attention to detail wasn’t just encouraged—it was required. To supplement his field experience, Daniel attended Murrell Dobbins Vocational School at night, mastering plumbing codes and the technical intricacies of the trade.

Daniel earned his Philadelphia Master Plumber’s License, cementing his status as a technical expert in one of the country’s most demanding jurisdictions.

In 2005, Daniel joined Stanley W. Cooper Plumbing and Heating. Starting as a field technician, his natural leadership and operational insight quickly propelled him into management. He eventually rose to the position of Supervisor for Plumbing Installations, where he oversaw complex projects and mentored the next generation of technicians.

Today, at SSH Facilities, Daniel leverages this decades-long experience to lead large-scale plumbing operations, ensuring that every project meets the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and technical excellence.

Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Management from Pennsylvania State University, where he graduated with High Distinction. This academic background allows him to bridge the gap between technical field requirements and high-level corporate strategy, providing SSH Facilities with a unique competitive edge in the marketplace.
